Paul Borg
Chair of the Board and Company Secretary

Paul has been an integral part of the business since he joined in 2003. He held the role of Executive Director of Corporate Services for 12 years before transitioning to Deputy CEO in 2016.

With extensive experience in both the finance and construction sectors, Paul has led many high-performing teams at Interflow. His expertise lies in general management, governance and financial management.

Paul is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Diploma of Technology (Commerce).

Geoff Weaver
Board Member

Geoff has been part of the business since he entered at the young age of 17. In 1991, Geoff was appointed as managing director. He led the business for 30 years before handing the reigns to his son, Daniel, in 2021.

In his early years, Geoff was mentored by some of Interflow’s founding leaders, including his own father and grandfather. He continues their legacy by supporting the leadership team from his board position.

Geoff is a qualified Civil Engineer with a diploma in the field.

Daniel Weaver
Managing Director

Daniel is our Managing Director and the fourth generation of the Weaver family to lead Interflow.

He joined the business in 2003, first looking after Sydney’s retic projects. Daniel quickly worked up the ranks, expanding his portfolio to include a broader range of services and regions. In 2019, he moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer, joining a newly expanded executive leadership team.

As Managing Director, Daniel is now responsible for leading our company across its domestic and international footprint.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and graduated with First Class Honours.

David Lilley
Board Member

David is a long-standing member of the Interflow family and is our Regional Business Development Manager for NSW and ACT.

Soon after David joined Interflow in 1984, he became the General Manager of Vortec, which was our dewatering business at the time.

As we grew, he held various roles and played a key role in the expansion of the business throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Michael Weaver
Board Member

Michael joined of team in 1996. He is now our Operations Manager for Sydney’s Avoid Fail activities, which includes our Critical Sewer Solutions joint venture with Metrocorp Technologies.

Michael has experience across many facets of the business. One of his early roles was contracts administrator for the newly formed Expanda business.

He later became Operations Director before taking responsibility of our People and Capability function where he oversaw our people strategy.
