Daniel is our Managing Director and the fourth generation of the Weaver family to lead Interflow.
He joined the business in 2003, first looking after Sydney’s retic projects. Daniel quickly worked up the ranks, expanding his portfolio to include a broader range of services and regions. In 2019, he moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer, joining a newly expanded executive leadership team.
As Managing Director, Daniel is now responsible for leading our company across its domestic and international footprint.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and graduated with First Class Honours.
Tracy is our Chief Financial Officer and joined the Interflow team in 2022.
With extensive experience developing people and businesses, Tracy is skilled at leading high-performing teams. She has helped businesses improve their processes and deliver their financial targets across a range of industries and geographies.
In her role, Tracy oversees our financial, procurement and business technology functions. She is responsible for managing our P&L to optimise revenue and profit growth.
Tracy is a Certified Practising Accountant and holds Masters of both Business Administration and Accounting.
Tracy joined our team in 2021 and is the Executive Manager of our People and Capability function.
Originally joining as People Experience Manager, Tracy has a passion for helping people and organisations to perform at their peak. She has a proven record of leading positive cultural change and building workplaces where people can be their best.
In her current role, Tracy is responsible for our people strategy, which includes everything from workplace planning and payroll to our culture, our diversity and inclusion strategy, and the development of our people.
Tracy holds a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Change Management and a Bachelor of Communication.
Fiona joined Interflow in 2024 as the Executive Manager of Safety, Sustainability, and Quality.
She brings extensive global experience in safety, sustainability, and operations across heavy industry, coupled with a proven track record in developing and executing strategies across diverse organisations. She is a strong advocate for corporate environmental stewardship and minimising climate impact.
Overseeing Interflow’s safety, sustainability, and quality strategy, Fiona ensures that our Interflow team is fit for work and fit for home and that we are securing a sustainable future for Interflow and our stakeholders. She is committed to taking care of our communities and driving excellence for our customers through a strong quality culture.
Fiona holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing and Materials and has postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration.
Sean entered the business in 2019 and is our Executive General Manager – Engineering & Asset Management.
With his background in manufacturing and plant management, Sean is a proven leader with an ability to drive change and improvement initiatives at both a business and functional level.
Heading up our Engineering and Asset Management teams, Sean leads the innovation and development of our product and service offering and oversees our quality, training and continuous improvement function. He also looks after our fleet and equipment.
Sean is a qualified engineer, holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering.
David joined the business in 2024 and is the Executive General Manager for Queensland and NZ.
He is an experienced executive, having led both corporate and private business across a range of industries, including industrial manufacturing, construction material and waste services.
With a proven track record of fostering substantial business growth by building a positive business culture, David is focussed on customer outcomes, people engagement, and the alignment of culture, values and strategy.
David leads our operations teams across our Northern Region ensuring the safe, sustainable and high-quality delivery of projects and customer outcomes.
Paul joined the team in 2020 as the general manager for our NSW and ACT operations.
To his role he brought extensive industry experience, having worked for major water alliances and infrastructure projects across the country.
Leading our teams across the ACT and NSW, Paul is responsible for aligning his people to Interflow’s vision and values. He ensures our customers in these regions experience the best possible project and program outcomes.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
Joining Interflow in 2021, Richard leads the company’s operations in Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory.
His vast experience extends across consulting, manufacturing, and oil and gas. Throughout his career, Richard has been committed to transforming businesses and growing companies sustainably.
Richard leads our operation teams across our Southern regions, ensuring the safe, sustainable, and quality delivery of projects and programs of work.
A qualified engineer, Richard holds both a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce.
