An update to our Board

At Interflow, we have a vision of being the leading provider of pipeline infrastructure solutions in Australia and New Zealand. We know that to achieve this – and achieve it sustainably – we need to ensure we are an organisation that is innovative, adaptable and highly capable.

For this reason, we have decided to rotate our Chair of the Board position to build capability in our leadership team and encourage diversity of thought.

We believe this move will also strengthen our governance by dialling up accountability and building a strong, experienced succession pipeline.

Our first rotation took effect on 1 July when Board Member and Company Secretary Paul Borg transitioned to the role of Chair. Paul is our former Chief Financial Officer has been integral to Interflow since he joined us in 2003.

Paul takes the reins from Geoff Weaver who will continue to Create the Future of Water as a Non-Executive Director and valued member of our Board. Geoff has been Chair of the Board since January 2022, before which he led the business as Managing Director for 30 years.

We will share our plan for the next rotation when the time comes.
